Mrs J Hodgson read the WI creed and Mrs M Gallon last month's minutes.
Four members went to the group rally at Fryup and enjoyed the night. The speaker gave a talk, with slides, on Concorde. The group rally for a holiday memento was won by Mrs S Raw from Fryup.
Four members went and took part in the federation quiz which was won by Dalton WI.
Arrangements are being made for next season's darts matches.
An invitation has been received from Esk Moor to a meeting in Danby Village Hall on 1 July.
Suggestions were asked for a summer outing to be decided on next month.
The order form was in for diaries and calendars.
A visitor, Mrs E Donnaghue was introduced.
Mrs Manship was then introduced. She had with her a collection of Edwardian and Victorian hat pins and told how she came to obtain them at trade fairs etc. She was thanked by Mrs F Cornforth.
In the competition for a pepper pot, Mrs Rutter gained 10 points.
